		Frame: Frames are primarily constructed of 2" x 2" square and 2" x 3" rectangular 11 gauge (.120 Wall) and 7gauge ( .188 Wall) A-36 structural steel tubing. Every weld is .035 MIG welded. Frame Finish: Each frame is chemically treated with a high pressure, high temperature phosphate to eliminate corrosion and optimize adhesion. Skillfully applied electrostatic powder coat paint ensures durability and finish.
		Upholstery: 34 oz per linear yard marine grade vinyl (resists mold and mildew) that is backed with 4 oz per linear yard polyester and anchored using staples.
		Padding: 2 inch thick high density ( 90 Indention Force Deflection 1.75 Density) polyfoam padding. Foam is glued to a 3/4 inch plywood backing that features metal t-nuts.
		Cables: 4000 lb 3/16" nylon coated to 1/4" black commercial grade aircraft cable. Pulleys: 4 inch and 6 inch diameter fiberglass impregnated nylon pulley's with sealed friction free precision ball bearings.
		Weight Stacks: Steel composite precision machined with a black powder coat finish. Features pressed in bushings, a magnetic pin attached to a shock cord. Guide Rods: 1 inch Solid Steel chrome.
		Pivot Points: Flange mount rotary bearings or sleeve bearings utilizing either oil impregnated bronze bushings or pre lubricated nylon bushings. Linear Bearings-Rods: 1 inch closed precision ball bearing with a low coefficient of friction. (IPS) Heat treated alloy steel shell. Case hardened steel alloy guide rods.
		Cosmetic Protection: All seat adjustments, guides, chin up bars, weight storage and weight horns are chromed. 2 inch 3M Protective stripping on all bar contact points .
